1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been:

• Purchased

• Accessed

• Downloaded or delivered via email

it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which recognises that digital goods delivered instantly and non-returnable in nature may not be eligible for refunds.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once they are successfully placed.

For customised (tailor-made) planners:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has begun

• No refunds will be issued for custom orders under any circumstances

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following limited conditions:

• You have received an incorrect product

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be resolved

Any such issue must be reported to us within [3–5 days] of delivery at [hq@fnflab.in], along with proof of the issue.

We reserve the right to verify the concern before offering a resolution.

4. Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions

In case of:

• Duplicate payments

• Failed transactions where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed

You may contact us with transaction details. Verified cases will be processed in accordance with payment gateway policies.
